Perched in the hills of the Chianti Classico sub-zone of Panzano, Casaloste comprises 10 hectares of organically-farmed vineyards planted halfway between Florence and Siena. The property has been spearheaded by owner, agronomist, and oenologist Giovanni Battista d’Orsi, alongside his oenologist wife, Emilia, who oversee every step of quality control and production at this spectacular estate. Casaloste wines are known for their bright acidity and well-integrated tannins, as well as their ability to pair beautifully with a variety of dishes and cuisines.
