Christian’s first job was a lemonade stand at the Mount Prospect farmers market when he was ten. What started as a way for him to save up to buy his first drum set turned out to be the start of a career of many beverages. After studying Food Science at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, Christian was a barista and coffee educator until the pandemic led him to shift to his focus to wine and spirits at Vin Chicago. Christian continues in the industry as the retail specialist with High Road Wine and Spirits. Besides beverages, Christian loves cooking outdoors over fire, bowling alleys dives, an eclectic range of music, and unfortunately Chicago Sports teams.
