Erica Krumbein - Sales
Erica grew up in Wisconsin dreaming of a nomadic life. She packed her bags at 18 and left for Minneapolis where she got serious about the service industry. This path led her to the Big Apple(NYC) where she worked for Del Frisco’s Double Eagle Steak House and obtained her Sommelier Certification. She ventured down south to the Big Easy (NOLA) and got her first taste of bartending (and celebrating!) Mardi Gras, working for the Besh Restaurant Group. When opportunity arose to move closer to the place she grew up, she took it. Erica moved to Chicago in 2018. She’s still not a Bears fan. Go Pack go! Erica loves to cook when she’s not checking out the impeccably diverse restaurant scene in Chicago. Most weekends you can find her snuggling her dogs while watching documentary films and tending to her patio garden.
