Il Molino di Grace, which translates to the windmill of grace, comprises 20 hectares of vines across the Chianti Classico area. The winery was founded by Frank Grace in 1994, whose vision beautifully meshes old world tradition with modernized techniques, as is reflected in the family’s use of science and technology in the cellar.
The galestro-rooted vines at Il Molino di Grace have been worked for over 350 years, and today, are all farmed organically. Currently, Il Molino crafts two IGT Toscana Rosso bottlings, one Chianti Classico, one Chianti Classico Riserva, and one Chianti Classico Gran Selezione. Each cuvée is unique in its own right, as the family favors highlighting elegance and terroir specificity over the notion of creating a house style.
