Managing Partner

Ken grew up on a ranch in rural Idaho, he has a diverse background in hospitality and although he holds the master sommelier diploma he finds himself smiling most often when he is drinking Mezcal. Ken enjoys cycling, blues music and art. A passion for business has led him on several entrepreneurial adventures but today he finds his greatest learning moments spending time with his six year old son, Alessandro.
